International Maritime Fisheries is the realization of the dream of several generations of commercial fishermen on the Gulf Coast . With a fleet of twenty boats, we produce over 100,000 pounds of grouper a month, and gather the highest quality premium seafood such as caviar, tuna loins and swordfish, and elite fresh farm-raised clams, oysters and scallops, from the Gulf Coast and Atlantic waters. We select the largest stone crabs and healthiest blue crabs, meatiest spiny lobsters, and we feature the finest select live Maine lobsters available anywhere.

Our fleet is selective about the areas in which we fish, and all of our seafood is carefully inspected and tested in order that only the safest and toxin-free fish, shellfish and shrimp reach our customers.
